Excelsior Homes West, Inc. was established in 1967 by George Munsell in Excelsior, Minnesota.   Six years later, George’s son, Jeff, moved the business to beautiful Hutchinson, Minnesota.  Over the years, Excelsior Homes has grown and prospered by offering the finest factory built modular and manufactured homes available in the Midwest.  Together, with long time partner Schult Homes and more recent partner North Star Building Systems, we can offer you the very best product, construction options, and service around.  We are very proud to sell exclusively Minnesota built Modular and Manufactured homes.
